Meet Certified Sommelier Aaron Hoops

Aaron will give you an introduction to blind wine tasting and why blind tasting is important. He will explain how to evaluate a wine like and wine professional. He will point out how to check the sight, nose, palate, and structure of a wine and how to use that information to make an informed guess about the grape, country of origin, region and possible vintage range.

Each series will feature tastings of four wines.
