In this class, we will learn to create amazing and delicious dishes that will add color and exotic flavor to your everyday cooking.  Class includes recipes, tips and tricks, menu tasting and a glass of wine or beer.

• Spiced Graham Masala Chickpeas and XXL Elonga Rice

• Spicy Lamb Tikka

• Naan (learn to create this and you will never buy it again!)
