Mindful Qigong & Nature Meditation

Enjoy stillness and movement in nature, slowing down to take in the sights, sounds and smells of what’s around you, as well as being with the internal experience of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Gentle qigong (standing up or sitting in a chair) allows you to embody the flowing movements of the natural world. Guided meditation invites you to find a space of quietness and stillness amid whatever is occurring internally and externally.
